Please note amended rules for the Team Competition:

On entry, eligible teams will be made up of players from clubs currently registered with the league:
(a) either with the same team, or
(b) from different teams but from the same club,
and discounting their league handicaps in both instances.
Teams made up of players from different clubs, currently registered with the league or otherwise, will no longer be entitled to make up a team in this competition. (Rule amendment agreed at the AGM held on 13th July 2015).

Armley Liberal will now be playing and be known as Bramley WMC C team in division C.
They will play their home fixtures on Thursdays commencing with their first Home fixture at their new club on 7/10/2015 week 5.
Robert Kennally will be contacting all teams individually to inform of the change of venue and the fact they will now play Thursdays.

The first handicap review of the new season is now complete. Handicaps have been adjusted on a +/- 6 frame margin the adjustments are all computer generated and I have accepted the recommendation of the system for all players that have had a adjustment.
This season we are trying to avoid players handicaps going up and down over the course of 4 frames so although there will be fewer adjustments the margin of adjustment will invariably be greater than last season due to there being a 6 frame margin.
New handicaps can be viewed by clicking on handicaps from the drop down menu.
New handicaps come into force from Monday 28th September.

Can I remind all teams whose opponents play their home matches on Thursdays that this is the day they are played.
The LBSO is primarily set up as a Wednesday night league but due to the number of teams with 3 or more teams the night for those teams to play is Thursday.
All other commitments should not take precedence over our league and the fixtures are expected to go ahead on the day / date that they are scheduled.

To coincide with the start of the new season, the updated LEAGUE RULES are now posted on the website - go to "About Us / Documents / Rules & Policies".

They can be viewed, downloaded or both, on most if not all mobile devices.

The new season starts this Wednesday 9th / 10th September good luck to all teams and players.
The website is now ready for the start of the new season.
Some changes have been made to C Division and D Division so can all teams make sure they know what their fixtures are please.
Also in F Division Rowland Road C have switched to playing Wednesday so please ensure you check fixtures for teams playing against Rowland Rd C this season.
If there are any mistakes or omissions to your team / players / website details please let me know asap so I can amend before Wednesday.

Due to a large number of requests for teams to rearrange their first game of the season due to players holiday commitments we have decided to start the new season on Wednesday 9th September. I don't feel that this delayed start will cause any problems in fact it will make the start of the season run easier than if we were trying to rearrange a large number of fixtures in the first two weeks of the new season.

The fixtures for the new season will be showing when the website goes "live" around the beginning of September.

SCOREBOOKS will still need to be collected this Monday 24th August from Holbeck WMC 7-15 to 8pm.
