It is no longer possible to register players on match nights.
New players must be registered no later than the eve of the weekly fixtures.

The first handicap review of the season is now complete please click on handicaps from the drop down menu to view.

New handicaps come into force from Monday 19th September.

Sykes Cup now open for entries. Please ensure a contact number is included or your entry will be rejected. Closing date-23rd October.

The issues with the website have now been resolved.

All results are now in.

Can I remind all captains / delegates that results must be in by 6pm on Saturday evening with no exceptions.

If a team plays with less than 4 players can you contact me prior to submitting the result I am in discussion with the website designer on the best way to submit results with less than 4 players.

The website has been suffering problems deleting some results I am contacting teams that are involved and no late result penalties will be applied to any team this week.

The website issues have been resolved and is fully functional now.

We apologise for any problems that captains may have had when submitting results from the first week.

Please note amended rules for the Team Competition:

On entry, eligible teams will be made up of players from clubs currently registered with the league:
(a) either with the same team, or
(b) from different teams but from the same club,
and discounting their league handicaps in both instances.
Teams made up of players from different clubs, currently registered with the league or otherwise, will no longer be entitled to make up a team in this competition. (Rule amendment agreed at the AGM held on 13th July 2015).

A final reminder before the AGM MON 5th SEPT to captains and delegates to check you have access to login details and that all players have been registered for your teams off the correct handicaps any new captains/ delegates that have not received login details please contact me Paul Grimes LBSO League Secretary as you will not be able to submit results.
The new season starts WED 7th SEPT.

The full agenda for the AGM - NEXT Monday 5th September 2016 - is now showing on the website - go to "About Us / Documents".
The AGM will take place as normal at Holbeck WMC and will start officially at 7-45pm.
We expect a full turn out of registered clubs as this will also be the time to collect scorebooks for the 2016-17 season.

It is with deepest regret we have to report the death of another playing member of the LBSO.
We have been informed of the sad passing of Paul Rogers at the age of 28.
Paul was a member of The New Middleton Club and a regular player in their team.
