A further reminder that the first delegates meeting for the season will take place THIS COMING MONDAY - 9th NOVEMBER - at HOLBECK WMC.
ALL CLUBS NEED TO BE REPRESENTED!
Further details are being emailed to all league players via the website.

The draws for the Preliminary Round and First Round of the Leeds City Championships Singles have now been completed, Preliminary Round matches to be completed by Sunday 29th November and First Round matches to be completed by Sunday 3rd January.

This year's Leeds City Championship Snooker Pairs & Team Competitions closing dates have been extended to 8th November and 6th December respectively due a slow response on the Pairs and very slow response on the Team event.
Go to the Competitions tab, click on the right competition and register.
A CONTACT NUMBER IS REQUIRED OTHERWISE YOUR ENTRY WILL BE REJECTED.
IF YOUR ENTRY DOES NOT SHOW STRAIGHT AWAY PLEASE DO NOT RE-REGISTER. YOUR ENTRY IS IN A QUEUE & WILL SHOW ONCE APPROVED!

Please note amended rules for the Team Competition:

On entry, eligible teams will be made up of players from clubs currently registered with the league:
(a) either with the same team, or
(b) from different teams but from the same club,
and discounting their league handicaps in both instances.
Teams made up of players from different clubs, currently registered with the league or otherwise, will no longer be entitled to make up a team in this competition. (Rule amendment agreed at the AGM held on 13th July 2015).

This weeks handicap review is now complete can ALL captains please check for any adjustments.
New handicaps come into force from Monday 2nd November handicaps can be viewed by clicking on handicaps from the drop down menu.

A list of dates for delegate meetings for the 2015/16 season (excluding the AGM) can now be found on the "About Us" tab under documents.
The schedule starts MONDAY 9th NOVEMBER 2015 at Holbeck WMC starting at 7-45pm.

When filling in the scorecards if a team, be it yours or your opponents have played with less than 4 players please email to inform me, (Paul Grimes League Secretary) in the event of less than 4 players do not assign any scores to the scorecard all you need to do is award the player the 2 frame points (no 147 frame scores please).

The first major handicap review of the season is now complete.
This review takes into account all players who are above 60% wining average and below 40% losing margin with a +/- 4 frames difference.
The weekly handicap review is adjusted over 6 frames win / loss margin. There will be 3 major handicap adjustments during the course of the season the next will be in December.

New handicaps come into force from Monday 19th October.

Due to difficulties at Peggy Tub WMC the team will be playing from Hunslet Carr Sports and Social Club.
