This year's Stan Brook Memorial Singles, Pairs & Team Competitons are NOW open for entry.
Go to the Competitions tab, click on the right competition and register.
A CONTACT NUMBER IS REQUIRED OTHERWISE YOUR ENTRY WILL BE REJECTED.
IF YOUR ENTRY DOES NOT SHOW STRAIGHT AWAY PLEASE DO NOT RE-REGISTER. YOUR ENTRY IS IN A QUEUE & WILL SHOW SOME TIME SOON!
Closing Date for ALL 3 competitions is SUNDAY 14th DECEMBER.
FEES CAN BE PAID AT THE DELEGATES MEETINGS: 8TH DECEMBER & JANUARY 12TH (Date To be Confirmed at December Meeting).
Also a quick reminder that the Sykes Cup & Len Lee Pairs close Next Sunday (23rd November).

The draws for the Preliminary and First Round of the Leeds City Championships have now been made, can both players/teams endeavour to arrange the fixture and ensure all fixtures are played by the respective closing dates (Singles: 7th December - Preliminary, 11th January - First Round. Doubles 14th December - Preliminary, 18th January - First Round).

Following the delegates meeting on Monday 10th November I would like to remind all captains of the need to register new players to the league off a correct recommendation of their ability failure to do this will result in committee involvement. If you cannot recommend a correct handicap for any new players we will enforce RULES 6 and 7.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR CLUB IS IN ATTENDANCE.

Can I remind all captains that when registering new players they MUST give a fair recommendation of the players ability.

I have had a number of requests to change fixtures because of potential problems with certain clubs holding events on Wednesday night.
If you cannot fulfill your fixture I must be contacted with details as to when the fixture will be played. The fixture must be played within 14 days of the original date and has to be with the agreement of your opponents and ALWAYS WITH MY PRIOR CONSENT. Paul Grimes League Secretary.

Entries for the Leeds City Championships Snooker Individual, Pairs and Team competitions close in less than 2 weeks - on 10th November.
Entries have once again slowed down recently, or have not started in the case of the team event.
CAN YOU PLEASE RALLY ROUND FOR MORE ENTRIES, ESPECIALLY IN THE "FOWLER TROPHY".
We fully appreciate these are scratch events, but there are 4 decent cash prizes on offer each time and only one winner!
THERE CAN BE NO EXTENSION FOR ENTRIES!
